Entities that we are responsible for appraising within Bailey County:

• City of Muleshoe
• Muleshoe ISD
• Sudan ISD
• Farwell ISD
• Muleshoe Area Hospital District
• High Plains Water District

Entities that we collect for:

• Bailey County (General Fund and Farm Market Road Fund)
• City of Muleshoe
• Muleshoe ISD (Bailey and Lamb County)
• Muleshoe Area Hospital District (Bailey County)
• High Plains Water District (Bailey County)

These entities allow a discount for paying early. If paid in October you will receive a 3% discount, in November you will receive a 2% discount, in December you will receive a 1% discount. In January the amount due will be base tax with no discount, penalty or interest.
